• Manages all project activities from inception to completion. • Manages the Tender Department and coordinates to produce estimates, budgets and bills of material through a team of estimators and quantity surveyors. • Manages and coordinates shop drawings, procurement, purchasing, manufacturing, delivery and site installation. • Preparation of Claims in accordance with the Contract Agreement including but not limited to Acceleration, Disruptions and Delays incurred in the Project. • Reviewing and Evaluating the claims submitted by the Subcontractor in accordance with the Subcontract Agreement. • Preparating of Counter claims against the Subcontractor or Contractor by considering all but not limited to the delays, disruptions, loss of productivity and damages caused. • Preparation for Arbitration against a Subcontractor or Contractor by liasing with the legal advisor in accordance with the Construction Law and Civil Law. • Acts as coordinator for the Company when dealing with Clients, Subcontractors and Consultants. • Tender preparation, Evaluation of tenders in coordination with client. • Liaise with consultants on all financial and contractual matters throughout the relevant contracts. • Excellant Knowledge of FIDIC,CESMM and POMI. • Preparing Interim valuation, statement at completion and agree with consultants. • Evaluation of variation and variation measurements. • Preparing New rates and co ordinate with consultant and approval. • Preparing Bid Tab for Material and sub contract works. • Ability to work fast track projects. • Procurement of Materials and co-ordination with PM’s. • Submits management reports on a monthly basis on matters relating to project tracking, procurement and progress.
