• Serve as “eyes, ears and hands” for HR Europe Team • Coordinate with Europe HR Recruitment Manager on all new employee hires • Assist HR Business Partners in addressing any performance evaluation issues, assist to kick off and process annual “2-Talk” Performance Evaluation Process • Help to develop and implement specific Organizational Development and training programs, promote Comverse University E-Learning tool • Take a lead role in identifying and implementing team building activities • Control all local voluntary and involuntary termination arrangements • Coordinate Compensation and Benefits programs • Arrange regional Social Responsibility and Welfare Activities • Manage Record Keeping, Outstaffing services, Cross-Departmental Cooperation and obligatory certifications • Work with Finance and Payroll vendor to check Legal/mandatory procedures • Manage all employee on-boarding (inductions) • Create and maintain all legally required internal company’s regulations as well as labour safety programs
