KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
- Valve Optimization: Sealed a leaking 26” ATR NRV valve (600°C, 30 bar) using a custom graphite gasket and FEA simulation in SolidWorks, saving over $500 000.
- Cost Reduction: Modified spiral wound gasket for a 12” BFW valve using ASME B16.20 standard, saving $1,800.

- During Major TAR 2024: Conducted internal visual inspections of Waste Heat Boiler (WHB), Auto Thermal Reforming (ATR) reactor, Steam Methane Reformer (SMR), vessels, and fire heaters with OEM (Halsor Topsoe, J+G, RHI Magnisista and etc) and supervised 3rd party inspection contactor.
- Performed detailed inspections and repaired internal components of WHB: tube sheet refractory lining, measurement tube lengths, refractory (hot and insulation layers) conditions, ferrules/cerrules, liners and anchors; carried out internal visual inspections reactor of ATR: T-joints, catalyst dome support (mushroom), gas and oxygen nozzles, mixers. Oversaw inspection and repair of fire heater elements: refractory, burners, insulation, tubes, and isolation walls between coils 3 and 4. Repair damaged burner into SMR unit. Verify oxygen cleaning (white and UV-lamp, wipe).
- Developed a comprehensive master catalog of pressure vessel spare parts and consumables, producing complete Bills of Materials (BOM) for static equipment, generated MMs. Raised Purchase Requisitions (PRs) via SAP(IW51,52) to procure full stock of bolts, nuts, and gaskets, identified MIN/MAX. Performed technical bid evaluations (TBE) for fasteners, and gaskets; conducted incoming material inspections at the warehouse.
- Developed torque/tensioning procedures, flange restoration methods ASME PCC-1, PCC-2.
- Developed Quality Control Plans (QA/QC), ITP (Inspection Test Plan), PSSR, and method statements for inspection and repair procedures, ensuring compliance during equipment repairs (waste heat boiler, heat exchanger, vessels, valves and piping) either when required for the new project or modification. Provide approachable WPS and welding consumables. Maintain accurate document control and signed off final box-up inspections, CRIP, and ITP documents.
- Developed maintenance and mechanical integrity plans. Plans are including tasks list with scope of work for routine maintenance and inspection types and methods, main work center and object type. Integration MP and MI plans with SAP.
- Providing technical support for new equipment and plant modifications, ensuring compliance with legal and Air Products standards, raising eMOC as required, and reviewing equipment documents and reverse-engineering cases for heat exchangers, filters, valves, and piping components.
- Provide technical support/participate in incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify & implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Implement/Maintain expertise in existing and new technologies associated with the inspection of pressurized systems (e.g. Advanced NDT methods, IRIS, PAUT, ECT, Ultrasonics, Shear Wave, Eddy Current, Acoustic Emissions).
- Ensured compliance with RBI methodology (API 580, 581), inspection intervals, and mechanical integrity standards. Developing CCD, determination damage mechanism based on API 571 (cui, cups, tml, dead legs and branch connection). Implementation RBI into UzGTL project.
