Associate Director, Business Communications
As Associate Director at FleishmanHillard Vanguard, I was responsible for managing the International Communications and Business Development units.
These included managing the company’s internationally-oriented accounts for major Russian companies including LUKOIL, Rosatom and SIBUR, and being in charge of the agency’s business development operations.

Account Executive, Integrated Marketing Communications
Working as part of the Agency Coordination team on the ExxonMobil account (brands – Mobil 1, Mobil Super, Esso, Mobil Delvac, Mobil Industrial Lubricants), I was charged with the following key responsibilities:
• Ensuring the smooth integration of activities and information flow between the agencies servicing the account – both horizontally (creative, media, PR, BTL, digital) and vertically (Russia – Zone (EAME) – Global), across three LOBs:
o Working on the development of comms proposals in response to the client’s briefs;
o Briefing other local agencies, within their respective areas of responsibility, on integrated projects (e.g. 2012’s Biggest Fan Search campaign);
o Liaising with, and feeding back to, Zone agencies on Zone-developed initiatives (via daily email correspondence, weekly conf calls);

• Participation, within designated area of responsibility, in organizing lsarge-scale media/consumer/partner events (Moscow City Racing, Mobil 1 Festival and others);
• Liaising with third-party contractors (digital projects, video production etc) and the agency’s Event and Digital departments;
• Content development: developing and adapting media materials (press releases, Q&As etc), consumer comms materials, news announcements for brand website etc;
• Liaising with the media on developing advertorials, handling requests for information/comments.
Other responsibilities included, but were not limited to:
• Engaging in brainstorming sessions and drafting new biz proposals (at least two were eventually accepted);
• Preparing agency cases for international awards (SABRE, Pravda Awards): drafting the application copy, coordinating video production;
• Copywriting on behalf of the company for the corporate Facebook account;
• Being involved in project-based work for other clients (e.g. test drive for Mitsubishi-FUSO Trucks, Moscow International Auto Show for Nissan/Infiniti).
