The hotels are primarily owned by the company; others are operated on lease-, management- and franchise contracts. There are 130 employees and yearly revenue around DKK 120 million. Overall responsible for all activities within operations and P&L. Olivia Denmark provides personal assistance to disabled people and people with special needs. With several offices in the company covers help in all Denmark. Among the tasks are monitoring respirational patients in their own home. There are 700 employees and yearly revenue around DKK 350 million. Reporting to the CEO. Finding and implementation of structure for the company, improving revenue and preparing the company for sale. Attempted several management presentations in the process and part of the due diligence. The company was sold at a very attractive rate in the middle of year 2013.

Choice hotels is an international hotel brand, operaterating hotels in the 3-5-star segment. In Denmark there were 20 hotels some on lease contracts others owned. There are 650 employees and yearly revenue around DKK 700 million. Reporting to the CEO in Oslo Norway. The General Manager from each hotel, the sales manager, revenue manager and technical manager. Overall responsible for all activities and P&L for the Danish hotels. Optimizing the revenue and results. Preparing the Danish division for sale by ensuring legal matters in cooperation with the respective property owners. The division were sold to First Hotels in the start of year 2011.

Nordic Hospitality is a management company, operating and developing hotels in Denmark and Germany. The hotels vary from 2 to 4 star properties, and under different brands. Some of the hotels are owned by the company, others are operated on lease-, management- and franchise contracts. There are 220 employees and yearly revenue around DKK 180 million. Reporting to the Board. The General Manager from each hotel, the sales manager, booking manager and CFO in directly reporting to me. Overall responsible for all activities and P&L. Finding and implementation of structure for the company, improving results and preparing the company for sale. There were two serious offers but due to the crisis in the world economy, the sale of the company was not completed.

Karrebæksminde is a full-service conference and leisure center, with 105 houses and a capacity of 500 guests, restaurant, swimming pool and wide range of activities. Marielyst is a holiday center with 156 houses and a capacity of 800 guests, and is as such, closed during the winter months. The organization is thus formed each spring. The centers have annual revenue of DKK 28 million and approximate 25 employees. Responsible for the operation and development of the two centers, including activities, budget and results, concepts and development of the organizations. I was, at the same time, also responsible for various projects on group level, with reference to the Board. I was in charge of a F&B project, with the purpose of analyzing the possibilities for home / out sourcing the restaurants on all the Danish centers, including concepts and negotiations with future suppliers on this field.

The hotel in Roskilde opened in march 2002, and is part of the Comwell group - operating conference hotels in Denmark and Sweden. Comwell is the market leader within this segment, and is known for high standards and level of service. In 2002, the hotel had 35 employees and revenue of DKK 18 million. Reporting to the Board. Responsible for all activities and P&L Turnaround - implementation of extensive cost restructuring measurements, build up a new organization and sales activities, which led to a significant increased revenue to DKK 25 million, a reduction of the organization to 22 employees and a substantially improved profit by the end of the second year of operation.

First Hotels A/S operates 60 hotels in Sweden, Norway and Denmark, within the 3-5 star segments. The hotels all have rooms, conference facilities, restaurants, bars and some even offers spa and wellness facilities. Projekt Manager & General Manager Employed in the head office in Oslo and Copenhagen, respectively, with reference to Managing Director Peter Haaber. My employment included an initial two years in Norway with various projects due to the group´s strong expansion. From year 2000 to 2002 I worked as Assistant General Manager at the new build First hotel in Copenhagen, with 403 rooms, restaurant and bar, 85 employees and annual revenue of close to DKK 100 million. I was responsible for the operation, results, sales, budget, outsourcing and the staff. The 6 head of departments was reporting direct to me. Responsible for regional sales of hotel services in the B-to-B market including budget, results, planning and implementation of customer events nationally and within the Nordic region. Was a member of an ERFA group, whose purpose it was to develop concepts and operations in general.
