2013-2019 Commercial Director for Russia, CIS and Eastern Europe, Director for Investment Projects Main tasks: Commercial control of preparation and execution of large investment projects in Russia, CIS and Eastern Europe, calculation of commercial offers, risk assessment, participation in tenders, preparation and signing of contracts, risk management, preparation and submission of reports to the owners of the company, budget planning, financing of the workshop construction project in Russia, crisis management, working with state authorities. Results: participation in more than 10 bids for significant investment projects, including 3 successful tenders (more than 1.000.000.000 Euro); successful negotiations and restructuring of Saratov hydroelectric power station reconstruction contract, establishment of a joint venture with PAO (PJSC) RusHydro, construction of manufacturing workshop, establishment of branch of the company in Russia. 2009-2013-Project Implementation Director in Austrian Office Tasks: management of international project execution team (engineering team, manufacturing, purchasing and logistics, on-site personnel, local project managers), customers cooperation, sub-suppliers and subcontractors (more than 10 countries) cooperation, full responsibility for timing and financial performance of the project. Results: management of large hydroelectric power plants reconstruction projects. Completed projects: Uglich HPP (4.000.000.000 rubles), Miatlinskaya HPP (3.500.000.000 rubles), as deputy head - Saratovskaya HPP-over 50 milliard rubles). 2007-2009-Project Manager in Russia (reconstruction of HPP) Tasks: management of Russian project execution team (construction site personnel), customers and Russian subcontractors and supplier’s cooperation (negotiations, current business correspondence, etc.). Under supervision of Austrian project Director. Results: Uglich HPP reconstruction project has been started.
