Public Affairs: Lobbying issues of general relevance on all levels and interaction with governmental institutions, work in associations, organize and guide sponsorship and contributions activities, provide support in media.
SRP: METRO education, Food Bank. Support to implementation and active promotion of these programs in RF. Production of the text books, Moscow, regional and HQ events organization for the students and media.
IR: Support to IR-dept in HQ, in analysts’ and media trips organization. Ensure regulations applied to a public company are strictly followed Russia-wide.
Crisis Management: CM trainings organization for Board Members and Store managers, participation in Crisis manuals preparation, member of the International CM team, participation in annual CM Simulation trainings.
Production: Production of various materials: photo/video banks, brochures, leaflets, corporate movies and presentations, profiles, reports, etc.
