Responsibilities: - Ensuring the smooth operation of the equipment in Russia and CIS. Total number of installed and serviced more than 1800. - Organization and create service from the zero point. - Development of regional service(repair equipment), including working with subcontractors in 8 regions of the Russian Federation. - Strategic planning and budgeting. - Reduced costs by finding local suppliers of spare parts and advertising equipment. - Negotiating, conclusion of contracts with contractors and suppliers. - Participation in resolving disputes with customers. - Coordination of schedule equipment installation with key account. - Record keeping of equipment in 1C warehouse. - Management of Service Department (direct report 4 technical specialist) - planning, distribution of tasks, execution control. - Development and implementation of performance reporting for staff. - Search/participation in recruitment.

- Installation / removing and launch equipment. - Reception requests for equipment repairs. - Control for technical condition of the equipment. - Organization of equipment replacement. - Distributions requests from clients between experts. - Working with client (technical advice on equipment and its use). - Reporting.

- Installation and adjustment of the detergent and dispensing equipment for the professional kitchen (restaurant, bistro, cafe), in laundries, food industries. - Maintenance of equipment, testing of equipment and chemical products to the customers. - Providing performance reporting, receiving, storage, movement (carriage). - Cross-functional interaction with other departments.

- Ensuring trouble-free operation of all types of equipment and communications. - Implementation control the operation of the equipment. - Organization periodic inspections of equipment and preparation of the schedule of repairs. - Learning and analysis of information, technical data, performance and results. - Engaged in acceptance of new imported equipment, participated in the installation and commissioning of equipment.
