The task is to establish perso-centre (FAST and PROPERLY)

Overall responsible for meeting manufacturing plan and annual budget. Acting Logistics manager. Keeping shareholders satisfied with performance and profit. Daily supervision from receiving orders till delivery to customer. Responsible for manpower management. WCM program, continuous improvement, basic 5S. Increased annual throughput - doubled during the year.

Led the creation and took operational responsibility of SIM and RUIM smartcards personalization facilities. Elaborated knowledge and technology transfer. Recruited and coached new personnel. Ensured day-to-day activities: forecasting and estimation, production plan implementation, resource management, quality control supervision, performance measurement, security enforcement. Coordinated the work of production site, customer service department, maintenance and IT groups.

Owned the technical responsibility and the customers' interface for SIM card products. Provided in-depth support for sales process including analysis of customer's needs, card requirements and potential solutions. Served as the main interface for card related technical topics between the customer and Gemplus. These included: defining all the technical specifications for SIM/RUIM Card products, following each project from the definition and writing of specification until the deliveries of the cards, interfacing and coordinating with the other Gemplus divisions involved - Perso Team, Customer

Ensured and supported winning of $10M loan for cotton wholesale company. Monitored and controlled the terms of loan and payment. Financial and accounting support - reporting to the bank and to tax authorities
