Events organization: - generation of events ideas and concepts - search of suppliers and communication with them - coordination with HQ - full control of event flow - analysis of events efficiency CRM Coordination: - analysis of clients database - preparation of monthly basis reports on CRM indicators (repurchase rate, interactions, redemption rate, capture rate, data quality and etc.) - interaction with stores on clients' lists and different analytics - analysis of interaction with VICs Other responsibilities: - Stores KPI reports - market research - preparation of presentations with analytics (graphics, charts) - project management (implementation of new application for employees' education) - creative tasks (videomaking) - translation of different materials (both for internal and external communications)
