-Booking trucks by using TimoCom and Trans.eu software -Writing of transportation orders in SpedTrans SQL -Dealing with cargo information -Providing clients and carriers with all needed information and documents in Polish, English and Russian -Solving problems with customs' brokers and customs' clearance issues -Signing and proving agreements and orders -Translating official documents from Russian to Polish and vise versa.

-Searching and booking of performers (singers, musicians) for the musical concerts -Booking of hotels -Compilation of the foods' menu -Maintaining contacts with suppliers from Germany and Russia -Working as a personal assistant of the president of G-20Y IOC

-Creating and posting ads -Receiving incoming calls from clients -Creating pricing policies and concept of the company -Preparation of financial documents -Hiring personnels -Controlling drivers and maintaining good technical status of cars

-Meeting the delegates and providing them with all necessary information about ASEAN 2012 event -Controlling of shuttle cars -Helping with taxis' booking and tickets' reservation
