Team lead for up to 30 international students and young professionals working on the Poland Mars Analogue Simulation 2017. Organizing and initiating tasks, marketing strategies, space outreach activities, events, and competitions. My responsibilities included organizing and initiating activities and projects, such as building my start-up from the ground up, cold-calling journalists, organizing a crowdfunding campaign, merchandise campaigns, marketing and media strategies, social media advertisement campaigns, space outreach activities, international events, technical and business presentations, promotion video projects, voice over, illustrations/infographics, student competitions, and developing and managing different sites’ editorial voice and style, weekly newsletter, and the frequently updated content of the sites, social media channels, and official documents (i.e. business plan, pitch deck, mission manifest, sponsorship package, business letters, and public announcements).

The Cosmos And Beyond Magazine – The CAB (The-CABmag.com): Writing/editing scientific articles, initiating ideas /plans, recruiting staff, marketing/promoting the magazine, and enhancing user-experience. The CAB aims to make the World a better, resourceful, unbounded, peaceful, and a safer place for everyone on Earth and Beyond!

The “gateway” to external teams working on PMAS 2017 analogue simulation mission. The single-point-of-contact for partner institutions, organisations, PIs or media representative from outside the Mission Support Center (MSC).

Oversaw the Poland Mars Analogue Simulation 2017’s crowdfunding campaign and related activities. Activities included Marketing, Media, Outreach, and merchandise.

European Space Agency (ESA) ESTEC MCC CapCom/Flight Controller on the M.A.R.S. Lunar Mission: The only point of contact for communication between the astronaut crew and the Mission Control Center team. Established efficient lines of communication, researched different types of communication loops, strategies, and technologies, and implemented voice communication procedures to clarify, simplify and standardize spoken communications over the loops with the astronaut crew in Poland.

Trained on the Fundamentals of Remote Sensing at NASA GSFC ARSET Program: became familiar with satellite orbits, types, resolutions, sensors and processing levels. In addition to a conceptual understanding of remote sensing, NASA satellites, sensors, data, tools, and portals. Used NASA Remote Sensing for Health Applications at NASA GSFC ARSET program: gained an overview of environmental parameters available from NASA Earth Science useful for monitoring and predicting health for decision support through many different data sets and sources from different satellite missions, sensors and models. Used easily accessible NASA data, web-based tools, analysis, and visualization. Trained for using NASA REMOTE SENSING FOR CARBON MONITORING at NASA GSFC ARSET Program. Learned about techniques for estimating carbon, developing accuracy assessments, and reporting and verifying carbon estimates. Trained on using NASA REMOTE SENSING APPLICATIONS FOR DISASTER MANAGEMENT at NASA GSFC ARSET Program: Monitoring Volcanoes, Earthquakes, and Tsunamis Using NASA Remote Sensing and Models, Observing Oil Spills Using Remote Sensing Measurements, Monitoring Storms, Floods, and Landslides Using Remote Sensing Observations, and using Remote Sensing for Wildfire Applications.

ESA Moon Challenge – Team ALCIDES: Checked the efficiency, financial feasibility, and technical feasibility of systems/subsystems of the mission, managed the advertisement / outreach campaign for the team on social media, and worked in a team comprising of students/young professionals from 10 different countries and four different continents.
