April 2009: Joined IT team for SAP Mobile implementation project in Hilti Russia. SAP Mobile - tool for (DSE) disciplined sales execution process used by direct sales department (300 employees). Project was successfully launched in all regions.
October 2009: based on the results of SAP mobile implementation i have got proposal from strategic marketing manager to become member of his team, go through detailed CRM learning (buisness data) to provide full SAP Mobile support for sales force.
January 2010: after 2 weeks basic training seminar (studying of products, successfull sales skills) i took responsibility overall DSE proccess.

June 2010: expanded my zone of responsibility to steer whole CRM process.
July 2010: in terms of further development i began to implement new CRM functionality "Campaign Management". It involved me in strategy creating and campaign planning with product managers and sales channels. I tested new SAP system, adaptated it for Russian market and conducted trainings for sales force, campaign drivers and top management to reach unique vision of process. We created of reporting in collaboration with sales controllers. Project successfully launched in all regions.
February 2011: to make a jump to new CRM online - CRM 7.0 system i ve got 4 days training in Schaan in headquartersв Hilti, after this in close cooperation with global team we tested new functionality in the "fields" and prepared training materials.

April 2011: global team started internal loyalty programm for sales force to develop and sustain customers. I was responsible for organization of this process and implementation of tool.
Project finished above expectations. Loyal customers increased twice.
