Strategic planning and coordination of work of contractors on transport and warehouse logistics of material support of the construction site, geological exploration base, residential places.

- Planning, supervision, preparation and participation in RO-RO operations with module buildings, oversized cargo (engines, bullets, turbine, transformers, heat exchange reactor) in Sabetta sea port; - Planning, supervision, preparation and participation in transportation of heavyweight and oversized modules and cargo (engines, bullets, turbine, transformers, heat exchange reactor) by SPMT trailers, lowbad trailer trucks, telescopic trailer trucks to the buffer area, temporary storage area, marshalling yard, foundation area; - Organization of the ship's mooring operations in accordance with the approved technological scheme; - Checking and coordinating the work of contractors engaged in work on the preparation of modules for unloading; - Checking the readiness of the vessel to “Load-in” and “Taking ashore” procedures; - Checking the readiness of roads from the port to temporary buffering area / plant's foundation; - Checking the readiness of the foundations for installing the module on the site or necessary storage space provision; - Organization of convoy during the process of transportation. - Organization and supervision of sea fastening, dunnage, grillage removal operations on the vessel; - Planning, supervision, preparation and participation in loading/discharging operations of general cargo at sea and river berths, cooperating with the customer (Yamal LNG) and subcontractors; - Organization and control the interaction of sub-contractors for the implementation of logistic schemes (transport vehicles, lifting machines, lifting equipment); - Ensuring the implementation of transport readiness check (check list); - Evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of the current work of subcontractors; - Interaction with the governmental authorities, if necessary; - working with the cargo documentation, inventory of goods; processing documents for public institutions; - Calculation and cost savings in the operation of logistics on the project; - Development of technological maps, charts, blueprints, rules of procedure; - Ensuring аll personnel working in MOF attend STL MOF induction, comply with STL HSE Procedures, comply with RF occupational health and safety Lows and regulations, comply with RF industrial safety Lows; - Ensuring all works comply with RF Occupation health and safety Lows for Marine Ports and facilities (+ Sabetta Port Compulsory regulation).

Arranging of base oil shipments: Tracking of shipments from the factory; Nomination of the vessel Coordination of berths, for the handling of the vessel Approval of the lay time for vessel handling in the port Nomination of surveyors and agents Tracking of the shipment batches accumulation Coordination of the maximum amount of cargo for loading, preliminary cargo plan Approval of ship handling dates by stevedoring company Approval of the date and scheme of the vessel berthing Monitoring of cargo operations Receipt and processing of cargo documents

- Management of the customer service department team; personnel selection, building of a team & managing of department; - Organizational management for effective administration; - Goal setting & assessment of staff’s activity, development & implementation of motivation schemes bases on logistics’ KPI; -Organization of shipment of cargo for export and import in liner container including door delivery; -Searching of customers, rates selling, harmonization of carriage conditions, negotiation and conclusion of contracts; -Work in 1C (submission of applications to accounts, entering information on transport and services in the database); -Work in the linear program (create, fill and edit bills of lading, entering customers into a common database, creating reports collection); -Negotiation of bills of lading with customers, full support transportation and informing the client about the stages of transportation; -Preparation of package of documents for registration loading of orders, preparation of documents for the client (release of original bill of lading providing a manifest to the customs mark on departure), preparation of packages of documents on the transport to report to the tax and customs services; -Interaction with the customs authorities, border guards, port authorities. - Organization and coordination through the all supply chain: tracking of shipments from the plant; tracking the movement of cargo by rail; collection of railway transportation supporting documents;

- Cooperation with top management on all matters relating to line's functioning. Preparation of line’s schedule; cooperation with agents in ports of call; cooperation with the customer service; cooperation with the forwarding department; coordination of freight rates; elaboration of new services and projects on the line, etc; - Arranging of multimodal shipments of equipment, commodities, goods for organization and holding of Olympic Games at Sochi in close cooperation with Kuehne + Nagel, Panalpina, Schenker, DHL, OBS, Panasinic. - Participation in regular meetings with top management of transportation group; - Conduction of weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual reports on line's performance (indication of line's utilization, cargo volume, P&L, analysis of line's trends, etc); - Bargaining & business correspondence in Russian & English with port’s authorities & vessel’s operators, agencies, bunkering companies & forwarders; - Analyzing of potential traffic of goods/commodities for its further attraction; - Conducting of business negotiations with potential clients at the level of top management; - Attraction of new clients to the line; - Arrangement of vessel’s voyages. Cooperation with shipowners, stevedoring companies, port authorities; - Arrangement of vessel’s mooring & unmooring in the port of Sochi; - Bargaining & business correspondence in Russian & English with port’s authorities & vessel’s operators, also with foreign clients, charterers, shippers, receivers, agencies, bunkering companies & forwarders; - Arrangement & supervision of discharging / loading of import / export goods, execution of documents, receiving of customs clearance; - Organization of shipment of cargo for export and import in liner container including door delivery; - Finding customers, selling rates, harmonization of conditions of carriage, negotiation and conclusion of contracts; - Work in 1C (submission of applications to accounts, entering information on transport and services in the database); - Work in the linear program (create, fill and edit bills of lading, entering customers into a single database, creating reports collection); - Negotiation of bills of lading with customers, full support transportation and informing the client about the stages of transportation; - Preparation of package of documents for registration loading of orders, preparation of documents for the client (release of original bill of lading providing a manifest to the customs mark on departure), preparation of packages of documents on the transport to report to the tax and customs services; - Cooperation with the customs authorities, border guards. - Organization and coordination through the all supply chain: tracking of shipments from the plant; tracking the movement of cargo by rail; collection of railway transportation supporting documents; - Organization of work at the destination rail station (finding of accumulative terminal, coordination of works on acceptance of the goods.

Ship chartering (dry bulk; oversize cargo); Control over the implementation of charters, work with ship brokers, ship owners/operators, ports, coordination with trade offices of the company; Calculation of steel time; -Organization of cargo shipment for export and import in liner container including door-to-door delivery; -searching of customers, rates selling, harmonization of carriage conditions, negotiation and conclusion of contracts; -Interaction with the customs authorities, border guards, port authorities. Preparation and control over the execution of international contracts.
