• Implemented new opportunity identification and evaluation process from Requests for Information, Bid requests and Regional business Units leads, over 30 leads evaluated and reviewed, potential additional work estimated revenue over 20 million USD • Conduct country analyses to identify potentials for Polarcus to develop Multi-Client project opportunities with host geverments to promote E&P company investment, 3 countries in EAME region identified and communications with governments are on going • Perform a technical assessment of industry geophysical technologies available and assess market demands and business drivers for potential adoption through JV partnership or M&A. Two technologies identified as perspective for JV, 8 companies being evaluated • Handle communications with relevant governmental and environmental agencies, NGOs and local communities involved in order to obtain necessary permits and permissions, successful experience in 6 different countries. • Manage the overall operations of Multi-Client survey by planning and executing surveys, monitoring the operations and promoting new ideas for continuous improvement, 14 different projects which involved 22 clients • Develop project-specific budget and ensured subsequent actual costs are monitored and timely forecasts circulated, dealing with projects of more than USD 400,000/ day worth • Maintain a good business relationship with the clients and their representatives and assured that all the deliverables met the highest of client’s and company’s specifications as key element to secure long-term relationship with the Clients, up to 8 different clients at the same time.

• Led a team of four geophysicists on board and was responsible for their training and development and gained a unique cross culture exposure by working with teams of more than 15 nationalities • Promoted from Trainee to Chief Geophysicist position in 5years (3 promotions) and was exposed to 12 different surveys which involved 9 clients • As a part of Seismic Engineer program, I was exposed to various functions of the organization during onshore assignment. Including Logistics and Supply chain groups at the at the Marine Global Operation Support centre, Manufacturing group at WesternGeco Technical Center (Oslo, Norway) and Seismic data processing at Data Processing Centre (Milan, Italy). • Upon completion of first Dual Coil Survey produced a package of lessons learned with relevant procedures, workflows and QC tools (Quality Control) for the Dual Coil method that has been widely adopted and is used by vessel crews (Geophysical, Navigation and Acquisition departments) – estimated savings USD 2,850,000/project (for projects of 3+ month expected duration) • Volunteered as a Visiting instructor for Marine Acquisition Start School (Oslo facility, June 2008 and in Abu Dhabi facility, November 2009) and Recruiter assistance in Rio de Janeiro, January 2010
