Assisting project manager and Deputy Director of the Company. 3. Administrative work at international levels of procurement / supply and sales: - coordinating the process of importing metal-working machines, spare parts and another equipment (mainly from Italy, Germany, Spain): negotiating and collaborating with suppliers, procurement, shipment, documentation; - coordinating supplies of imported goods all over Russia: dealing with logistic, accountancy, technical service department. 4. Maintaining correspondence with foreign partners, dealing with customers and manufacturers / suppliers. 5. Document flow: preparation of shipping documents, invoices, agreements, contracts, etc.

September 2011 – October 2011 (1,5 months) Sakhalin Island, Northern part, Okhotsk Sea, gas field development. 2. March 2012 – August 2012 (5 months) Singapore, repair, renovation and modification of a vessel, installation of modern equipment, e.g. ROV and a diving system that has no analogues in Russia. 3. September 2012 (2 weeks) Korsakov, Sakhalin Island, ROV sea trials. Achievements: As I dealt with different kind of technical, financial, legal documentation, it enlarged my professional vocabulary and leveled up my competence. Volumes of translations, time pressure and deadlines made me a reasonable employee and taught to manage my working time in the most effective way. Through participation in the projects in Singapore I could form successful communication skills not only with native speakers and people who speak good English, but also with those whose language level is low, that actually developed my better hearing of individual speech peculiarities and other person’s comprehension. I have developed skills being so important for a translator to perceive correctly and successfully transmit information to people of different social groups and nationalities.
