Responsibilities:
• Launch and develope a new Hi-end product of the highest price category on the Russian market - strategy development: pricing, customer portraits, product requirements, adaptation and creation of information&marketing content - presentations, brochures, articles for the media;
• Ensure the functioning of the system - management of the technical support department, communication with the head office in Germany, conducting trainings, seminars and training;
• Support the sales department - conducting consultations, presentations, negotiations with customers, sales trainings;
• Sales department motivation system development from the scratch;
• Monitor telematics services market for timely detection of needs for new services, as well as compliance of the system with the legislation of the Russian Federation;
• Prolong agreements with key customers - restore cooperation, provide support in the use of the system, to restore the "trust" of customers.
Results:
• Formed a constant high demand for services and equipment from scratch;
• Carried out the transformation of the market to generate demand for a new type of services: a system for monitoring of the efficiency of a vehicle operation;
• 3 key customers extended the service contract because of professional cooperation, rates were increased exceeding the market average by 2.5 times;
• An agreement has been signed for equipping with monitoring and service equipment for a fleet of 470 vehicles - the largest deal in the world in 2017;
• Launched services to control the driving and resting times, agreements on the use of services on a commercial basis were concluded;
• Developed additional reporting to demonstrate the capabilities of the system, the task - attracting and retaining customers;
• Concluded 6 contracts with new large customers (a fleet of more than 50 units); total number of attracted customers on a commercial basis more than 15;
• Developed a sales concept - a description of the product presentation methodology, sales argumentator, product presentation. Performed sales training for more than 40 dealers. Result: the number of service requests increased by more than 10 times, the first dealer deals were implemented;
• Implemented 3 large-scale special retail companies, the total number of attracted customers - more than 200;
• Defined the specific needs of the Russian market. Formed, lobbied and achieved the implementation by the head office of "special" functions specific to the country. Described the logic of the functions and the implementation method.
• Information support - wrote 4 articles for the media about the product, presentation of the product at conferences and exhibitions, active participation in the preparation of advertising content.
In the first year, as a result of my actions, I succeeded in retaining old customers (one of the biggest tranposrt companies in Russia) and attracting new customers. For an incomplete second year, I realized projects for a total of 1000 units, increasing the previous "best" result by more then 5 times. Launched for the first time in the country a marketing event that embraced more than 600 participants - "Drivers' League".
