Performed sales training for more than 40 dealers. Result: the number of service requests increased by more than 10 times, the first dealer deals were implemented; • Implemented 3 large-scale special retail companies, the total number of attracted customers - more than 200; • Defined the specific needs of the Russian market. Formed, lobbied and achieved the implementation by the head office of "special" functions specific to the country. Described the logic of the functions and the implementation method. • Information support - wrote 4 articles for the media about the product, presentation of the product at conferences and exhibitions, active participation in the preparation of advertising content. In the first year, as a result of my actions, I succeeded in retaining old customers (one of the biggest tranposrt companies in Russia) and attracting new customers. For an incomplete second year, I realized projects for a total of 1000 units, increasing the previous "best" result by more then 5 times. Results: 1. Implemented the fleet management system of the largest provider of these solutions in Europe, the fleet amount is over 300 vehicles. Organized 4 series of driver trainings on the interaction with the system (totally over 500 drivers), followed by the automated evaluation of the data reliability and ranking of the drivers on the degree of the system usage. The degree of information reliability is more than 95%. 2. Arranged automate data entry using a fleet management system - Manual input minimized (reduced the amount of manual input from 3 positions to 1) and the number of errors related by more than 10%. 3. Developed and implemented the project Customer Web portal for tracking the goods statuses in real time. The portal has become the basis for a system of automatic preliminary information of the customers and customer clients on the status of shipments. The portal sends warnings about upcoming goods deliveries to minimize unloading time. 4. Developed algorithm of calculating driver payroll, including cost-effectiveness analysis of driving - fuel savings and burnouts, penalties and automatic contents. 5. Developed templates of management reports. 6. Trained more than 50 employees to use the new functionality of information systems; compiled instructions and user manuals. 7. Created architecture and managed the implementation of a web portal for data exchange with partners - on-line market for the goods exchange with subcontractors and customers. It allows you to automatically share the available loads to a list of sub-contractors (structure the sub-contractors communication - replaces emails, phone chats and making interaction more transparent and lean), and to collect own customer load. Fully developed the logic of partner interaction on the portal. 8. Made more than 20 presentations in the Russian and English, presented company projects at 3 conferences in Russian and English, represented the company at the ECG working sessions (The Association of European Vehicle Logistics).

Developed and implemented the reports to control the stock balance, the shipment efficiency, to evaluate the compliance with KPI and to calculate the costs. Trained 6 key-employees to use the reports as part of their duties and 2 main analysts for further provision of data to the Department of Financial Controlling. 2. Developed and implemented a system of managing the transportation offers. Due to that system the possibility of the offer duplication was eliminated, the procedure of transportation offer becomes transparent and clear on both sides - customer / performer. Trained 2 key-employees to work with the system. The system successfully operating for 11 months with minor optimizations. 3. Trained department employees on their every-day operations, motivated employees. 4. Participated in the preparation of the financial model to calculate the functional budget. Calculated CPU (Cost per Unit) by regions and cities, carried out the calculation of deviations based on different product flow detalisation levels (level of region / city). Calculated the budget split by directions, service providers and months. Performed an adjustment calculation on the updated sales plans basis. 5. Advised on the organization and managed the implementation of special deliveries, including the organization of the product delivery the start of sales of the new model. The deliveries were successfully completed on time and at no additional cost. The delivery was performed to support the simultaneous start of sales in 22 (1 case) and 60 (2 case) cities in Russia. 6. As a project group member implemented the address storage system in a CBU (Completely Build Unit) compound (with capacity about 7 000 units). Managed the preparation and data acquisition control to enter opening balances, trained 4 key-employees and provided training for more than 50 compound employees to work with the address storage system. As a result, the time of loads assembly was significantly reduced. Developed and implemented a mechanism to comply with the FIFO-shipment.
