Work Duties: providing accommodations for the personnel of “West Siberian Fuel and Chemical Refinery Plant” 1. Relocation and mobilizations schedules for personnel, checking into corporate apartments. Search and provision of accommodations for Company’s main Contractors 2. Supervision of finishing works in apartments – quality of Contractors’ work, commissioning deadlines 3. Furbishing of apartments: coordination with contractors as per the followings directions: lighting, household appliances, linen, housewares, tableware and utensils 4. Liaising with Apartments Managing Companies 5. Interaction with Utilities companies 6. Cooperation with Real Estate companies in terms of searching accommodations on the secondary (existing) housing market
