• Organization, maintenance of cargo flows, communication with consignees and customs authorities; • Organization of the temporary storage warehouse, preparation of documentation for acceptance and delivery of goods and processing of data in the program CBL - warehouse (ВЭД-склад); • Development and implementation of a project to create conditions for storing and moving goods in a temporary storage warehouse; • Preparing detailed commercial offers for Russian and international companies (airlines); • Holding of meetings with the Russian and international companies (airlines); • Dealing with customers queries and complaints; • Writing press releases, presentations of the organization in the media; • Preparing of the operational forecast of the commercial department; • Communication with representatives of international companies (airlines); • Using a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentation, records, spreadsheets and databases; • Liaising with staff in other departments and with the external contacts.
