Contract work (lease agreements, services, bank activities, other types of contracts - expertise, preparation, negotiations); Full support of responses to the customers' claims; Communication with Financial Setvices Commission of Belize; Negotiations with payment processing companies; Revision and control of all procedures and policies from compliance POV (including new GDPR).

Full scope of responsibilities as single lawyer of the company, including: 1. Current contracts’ work (Russian, English, bilingual), including, but not limited to: - preparation of different forms of the contracts for sales department, marketing, other departments of the company; - analysis and preparation of the comments, protocols of disagreements to the projects of the contracts from external suppliers of the goods, works and services and also to the contracts with customers; - analysis of the protocols of disagreements from counterparties. 2. Taking part in contracts’ negotiations, including: conclusion and implementation of the rental agreements for the shops at shopping molls (Vnukovo Outlet Village, "MEGA"), i.e.: preparation of protocols of disagreements concerning rental agreements, further negotiation of specific conditions (including division of liability between lanlord and tenant), preparation of overview of the project and it's main risks for internal Group credit committee review. 3. Contract’s negotiations and further implementation of the results of these negotiations concerning rent of the office premises, including negotiations and implementation of the contracts for reconstruction of the premises (i.e. ventilation, water supply, decoration, etc.). Finalization of the results of works and services (acts of accepatance, "KC" acts for internal works). 4. Provision of the consultations to the management and employees of the sales department on different issues of state regulation of trade activities. 5. In collaboration with the marketing dpt and customers service dpt – rework and preparation of the texts, appearance of the new (Russified) package of the products, in order to make it in compliance with the Customs Community’s new technical regulations. 6. Consulting to the customers service dpt on specific requests concerning delivery of the products, transportation, customs clearance. 7. Support (on local national level) of intellectual property rights’ protection, including customs registration of the trade marks, protection from parallel import, other issues with local protection of trade marks. 8. Support of the financial dpt concerning different legal issues, including currency control, credit agreements, international settlements, bank accounts, etc. 9. Consulting of different departments of the company on current legal issues. 10. Preparation of the claims to the counterparties, replies to state authorities, other correspondence with state authorities. 11. HR department’s support in case of specific difficult issues. 12. Other legal issues.

1) Preparation, check and revision of the contract for supply of food products (including bi-lingual); 2) Revision of the projects of the contracts (supply) coming from the counterparties (protocols of disagreements, other corrections, changes). Contracts’ negotiations. 3) Complete scope of work with other types of the contracts, supporting day-by-day commercial activities of the company (service agreements, agency agreements, credit agreements, transportation, etc.); 4) Preparation, negotiations, putting into life of the contracts with foreign counterparties for supply of the complete Technological line for production of specific products – i.e. vegetable cream, vegetable cheeses), including additional agreements, notifications, acts; work with customs broker on provision of import and customs clearance of this specific equipment; 5) Preparation and negotiations of the contracts with foreign counter parties for supply of the raw materials for production, preparation of the documents for customs clearance, including transportation documents; 6) preparation and contract negotiations for the different types of contracts for works performance and rendering of services in connection with construction of new factory; 7) Work with technological services of the company on check, preparation for approval of the project documentation for construction, negotiations with different service organizations on such documentation; 8) Support of intellectual property rights of the company (trade marks), preparation of the replies to FIPS on such matters; 9) Preparation of the claims, including claims to the court (debt recovery, elimination of the lacks in works’ results, etc.), including calculation of the penalties; 10) Support of the HR department on matters of CIS citizens’ hiring, correspondence with labor inspection; 11) Support of the Labor Safety dpt on implementation of specific labor safety law provisions in connection with production factory; 12) Legal expertise of other documents, upcoming from the counterparties.

- tender documentation expertise on the stage of tender receiving from the Customers (MTS, VIP, Megafon, Starttelecom, Sinterra, TELE2 and others) from the point of view of Alcatel-Lucent’s risk policy compliance; - contract clauses’ analysis (projects’ legal and financial risks and exposures), including research and obtaining the info on the upcoming projects from sales support managers and project managers; - negotiations with French, Belgian and German offices of ALU on commercial clauses of the contract for telecom equipment supplies and its maintenance in RF; - preparation of the resume on commercial projects for regional (Belgium) and Central (France) Risk Assessment Committees; - preparation and analysis of the info on possible contract implementation in some CIS countries (Azerbaidzhan, Armenia, Ukraine, Byelorussia, Georgia), in particular: local tax and customs regulation. - Preparation and holding of the tranings for sales support and project management on risk evaluation.

- Preparation of consultations and articles on different legal issues (civil procedure, real estate, liabilities) - Content planning and selection of subjects to be covered in further issues. - Managing editorial staff correspondents, supervising their work (according to the job function as chief-editor of the court division) - Evaluating contributions from external authors and assigning revision tasks to lawyers and correspondents - Publication quality control - Representing the editorial staff at legal symposiums, workshops, round tables - Presenting own speeches at legal symposiums - Interaction with the key authors - Providing legal advice on civil procedure, real estate registration and other civil law issues.
