Commercial Director of aftersales department:
Management of aftersales department with 4 employees.
Organization of spare parts department in company with orders and sales of spare parts for trailers/semi trailers, renewal of spare parts on the storage,
Forming of assortment of not original spare parts for trailers/semi trailers,
Purchasing of spare parts from Moscow wholesale stores,
Preparation of all necessary documents for approval certificates and for after delivery customs clearance,
Claiming examination and communication with foreign engineers that responsible for after-sales service.
Import and sales of Trailers, Semi-Trailers:
Import and sales of trailers/semitrailers from plants (Werlte, Waltrop – Germany, Bra – Italy), highest knowledge of schemes of contracts EXW Werlte, contracts DDP Mocsow,
Negotiations with German and Italian technical specialists about all characteristics of specifications of semitrailers and trailers for Russian market including constructions in heavy duty executions,
Improvement of Europe specifications according to Russian standards and laws,
Translation into Russian language all specification for preparation contracts for import and customs clearance,
Changing of plant program (SAP) in accordance with Russian executions,
Searching for appropriate commodity codes for approval certificates,
Coordination all necessary points of approval certificates with department of certification MADI FOND,
Putting into production of confirmed specifications,
Preparation of all necessary documents for after delivery customs clearance,
Maintaining and control of full scope of Logistics from plant to client,
Organization of customs clearance of trailers/semi trailers and spare parts,
Development and retaining the relations with key clients and searching for new key customers (transport companies, cars carriers, glass-manufacturing plants),
Control of feedback on clients requests of trailers/semi trailers necessary characteristics, costs definition and manufacturing organization,
Organization of collective sales and establishment of partnership with sellers of trucks (VOLVO, SCANIA, DAIMLER-CHRYSLER, MAN, DAF, IVECO etc.) in Russian Federation,
Accreditation and approval of products for usage in Russia,
Import of products with realization of all document-steps before and after of frontier of Russia (invoices, export declaration, transit plates, CMR, TIR, contracts with transporters), arrangement of product collecting by customer in Moscow,
Organization of customer’s financial schemes – involving credit and leasing trading partners,
Signing of leasing contracts, payment control of customers and control of payments for transporters, participation in tenders, visiting of exhibitions («COMTRANS» in 2008 year, IAA-2008), business trips, information contribution for customs terminals of Russian Federation,
