Planning group leader
From 2014 promoted to the planning group leader with KPI: - management functions (up to 6 direct reports); - supply chain concept and strategy; - negotiations with the global supply chain leaders all over the world, mainly Denmark and Slovenia; - group fulfilment of the stock target in value and DOI/DOS set per product groups; - group achievemnet of the aim for availability up to 98,5% per different product groups. Planning specialist
As a planning specialist I was inroled to represent stock planning and demand planning activities for 10.000 SKU (in the beginning) and up to 30.000. Chief KPI were availability/service level and stock target in DOI (Days of Inventory) and value. Regular duties leading to the main KPI fulfilment: - negotiations with sales about the sales trend and expected changes in the market; - monitoring of marketing activities per product groups, phase in/ phase out processes per codes/SKU; - season factor influence investigation; - backward statistics of sales analysis; - analysis of average order size by customer per product groups; - share of stock per different product groups in comparison to the total share in qty of orders - etc. The main achievement was automatization of planning processes for a few smaller product groups which led to significant growth in KPI (up to +30% in availability).
