About me
During my work experience from context to context I understood how important it is before taking a decision to analyze the situation deeply, get the historical retrospective of that issue and only after seeing the root, create a strategy of solving the problem. Especially if it is connected with a multicultural sphere where everybody has a temptation/risk to look at a problem only from the prism of his own cultural background.
Field-work in rural and urban places: Moldova, Ghana, Russia, France; getting the experience of the diversity through travelling and participating in the African Studies conferences: Europe, USA, Equator, Peru, Mauritius, Australia - gave me a possibility to see the variety of our world’s cultures, understand how important it is to have a sense of humor and build cross-cultural bridges with respect.
