I have over 5 years of diverse experience in the areas of education, social adaptation of children into multi- cultural communities and organisations. My experience includes teaching and working with children from various backgrounds as well as organising and coordinating various events on different levels in multi- cultural environments: from youth developing activities to conferences, exhibitions, and ambassadors’ meetings. I’m skilled at gathering and analysing complex data from historical retrospective, designing and initiating various social programs and leading social projects, communicating and supporting partnerships. • Organisation of international conferences, roundtables, African ambassadors’ visits, festivals and exhibitions. • Support employees in passport issue, visa application, flight tickets purchase, etc. • Work with more than 300 children in Social centers, refugees’ base, summer camps, University for children of the Polytechnic museum, Library. • Organise and coordinate the educational platform for children during the African Festivals. All the lectures, programs and workshops were devoted to develop the ideas of peace and tolerance to the “others”, paying attention to the cultures and traditions of Africa (and not only), forming the norms of cross-cultural understanding. • Initiate and implement educational and interactive programs for children. Creating a plan of a popular-science lecture and implementing it in a manner according to the task and the auditory: interactive, cognitive or the level of child’s tension decreasing. • Lead the international book-exchange program, supporting the relations between the Institute and the international partners’ Universities and Libraries over the world, sharing the new editions. • Organise the photography report of the events for the Institute’s web-site.

• Work as a social teacher with a girl from Chechnya, whom I mentored and supported during the 5 years of her primary School. • Help my mentee integrate into unknown cultural society, overcoming the language barrier, psychological stress and ethnic diversity challenges. • Act as a cross-cultural bridge for the mentee. • Create an personalised plan of tutoring in addition to school educational program including cultural development events. • Succeeded in supporting my mentee to be more open and active, start speaking Russian fluently, having interest in cultural heritage and above all became calm, ready to trust and have friends in a new society.

Organise a research expedition to Ghana for gathering the oral history of the small people (Avatime – ap. 24000), implemented individually: • Search all the potential sources of the information about the Avatime. • Create a questionnaire according to the task and literacy abilities of the majority. • Organise meetings with the elders from each village, considering the specific of time-management in this culture. • Collect the information from each village. • Analyse the ethnogenesis and create the historical book of the Avatime for preserving their authenthical tradition. In conclusion the historical information about each village, the history of cultural and traditional retrospective was collected and transferred to the chief of the Avatime and GILLBT for dividing it into little stories and improving the literacy level by spreading them.

Organise an expedition to Ghana, implemented in a team: • Work in primary and secondary schools on the voluntary basis: Help missionaries-linguists to conduct developing, uniting, spiritual lessons on Bible basis, Art activities and Sport. Create programs, prepare all the additional material for interactive implementing and be ready to work on the spot in any other sphere. • Conduct a research work on the theme of “Children’s aggression”, using Buss&Perry and own questionnaires, drawing tests and private talks.

Work in a summer camp with children 6-12 years. Adjusted the general program for these years’ categories, took care and lead a group, organised interactive theme evenings.
