Functions: * Organization and implementation of Recruitment and Talent acquisition process and strategies, recruited more than 2500 employees from different countries ; * Organization, development and implementation of HR regulations, policies and procedures ; * Organization and implementation of performance management and evaluation * Payroll, Payroll for shifting work system ; * Controlling the process of application for quota . working permission cards , invitations , visas , patent and residence operations ; * Control and organization of Administrative workflow ( camps, tickets, trips and etc) * Conducting and organizing labor contracts for employees in North Area ( Working conditions and labor contract in North area is different)

Functions: * Entering all hiring, dissmising and transfering of working stuff to data base ; * Monthly preparation of stuffs' working time raport ; * Exit payroll calculation ; * Preparing bank account forms for Turkish stuff ; * Entering stuffs' working time to data base

Functions: * Finding clients and business partners through internet and during business travels ; * To organize Exhibition participation ; * To deal with existing customers and to expand customer base ; * İmport and Export operations

Functions: * Being Translator in high level meetings ; * Organizing meetings with state authorities and businessmens' of Turkey ; * Organizing working trips and programs of Ministers and other diplomatic delegations of Tajikistan ; * Making all protocol operations
