Personal client manager

The company was developing the first National horseracing tote project in RF, and the only one with worldwide integration. The goal was to create the highly remunerative business based on selling of horse racing results through the pari-mutual tote system. Responsibilities: - Developing of a network architecture of tote system in terms of effective coverage throughout the entire territory of the RF and correct forming of the representative financial reports; - Training and education in Am Tote International, Inc.(USA), one of the biggest producers of software solutions and hardware in the area of betting on different events (05.2013 – 06.2013) - Study of the purchased software-hardware complex and its adaptation to the developed network architecture of Russian tote system; - Developing the necessary adjustments of software-hardware solutions of tote system to comply with Russian gambling law; - Participation in establishing of the treaty relations, and contract negotiations with foreign partners (Tote operators, TV signal suppliers, producers / integrators of the software and hardware) - Participation in development and modification of the project business plan. - Participation in market research and developing of the marketing policy. During the work as a part of the development team, I prepared the technical, financial, legal and marketing plans for implementation of an absolutely new project from the very beginning to the start of the operating.

- Working with hotels to provide the full range of telecommunication services for administration, visitors and events participants; - Working with partners (owners of big commercial real estate objects in Moscow) to provide them with telecommunication services and provide the possibility of selling such services to their tenants; - Establishing business relationships with new partners, further personal support of these customers as a single point of contact in any question; - Preparation of the commercial offers of partner, agency, client, etc. agreements in sphere of a telecommunication service, coordination of non-standard contracts provisions, execution of the contracts - Monitoring the implementation of the project from signing the documents to the starting the operation; - Monitoring adherence to contract terms and the quality of services (service support, post-sales of services and telecommunication equipment). Among the clients with whom I worked as a personal manager were such hotels as the National , the Savoy , the Golden Apple Boutique, Courtyard by Marriott Moscow City Center, Renaissance Moscow (now Azimut Moscow Olympic ) and Novotel Sheremetyevo. I also led the final stage of the InterContinental Hotel Moscow Tverskaya project and after starting the operation I became their personal manager. During the work i was achieving all quarterly KPI both collective and personal .
