Main activities and responsibilities: Supervision on the construction and installation works (electrician) at the site of the Combined oil refining unit EURO+ by the Customer side. Management of EPCm and General construction contractor. To solve technical and organizational issues. Responsible to monitor the civil activities on site in terms of correct execution, respect of project and normative requirements and to assure a proper support to other members of team. Assuring the compliance of electrical works performed with Issued for Construction (IFC) Design, Technical Specification, contractual requirements, quality, local rules and site sustainability; Monitoring and tracking the progress of electrical works activities, promptly detecting eventual criticalities or delays and proceeding in problem solving by coordinating with Site Manager\Coordinator, in order to reach schedule objectives defined; Implementing Quality Control Plan on site, attending to the test execution when needed, and checking test reports and field data to assure quality requirement are being met; Supervise on the timely NCR issue Detecting possible non conformities during the works activities and problem solving. Monitoring and tracking all electrical activities relating to project schedule; Assisting the Site Team resolving technical or engineering issues with vendors and contractors relating to electrical disciplines; Verification the volume of estimate documentation (КС-2 form). Control on the implementation of adequate verification of as-built documentation. Participation in meetings. Verification and adjustment of the work plan. Participation in the inspections together with EPCm contractor. Supervision of works on follow units: 1. Combined oil refining unit EURO+ 2. Circulating water unit. 3. Flare unit (closed type). 4. External cable networks.

Participation in the formation of basic technical solutions. Participation in pre-inspection meetings, final tests of the equipment at the factory.

Selection and acceptance of electrical equipment, participation in factory acceptance tests and inspections. Control the estimate documentation. Full check as-build documentation. Commissioning, preparation the documentation for putting the unit into operation. Successful commissioning the unit and project completion.

Work at the Electrical laboratory. Commissioning of relay protection, testing of electrical equipment and cable lines (include HV testing).Determination the place of equipment damage. Preparation of tecnical documentation and test report.
