- Preparation, entry and corrections orders in SAP system, stock planning and optimizations. Customer master data management. Providing suppliers with purchasing forecasts. Communication with marketing/sales teams. - Receiving orders, handling with clients requests – availability, prices, terms of delivery. Operations with documents (invoices, delivery notes, claims and others). Sending out of the goods to the customers. - Preparation of transfer price requests. Check the status of parts (serial/not, global/ local), check global customer team price & OE price & IAM RU price & PPC. - Check availability in KP1. - Transfer data necessary for product release to MK & follow up release process. - Check and follow up delivery terms and follow up of return deliveries. - Follow up correct payments. - Ensure completeness of the data necessary for warranty cases entry and transfer it to SOE/SQW. - Marketing actions, participations in trade fairs. - Participation in business planning, preparation of statistic reports. - Support AA/SOE-RF by all the activities
