-Performing efficacy and residue trials and studies on vegetable, field and citrus crops. -Following the GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) regulations while application of test substance, samples collection and shipping -Assure the maintenance of facility; research, office and IT equipment including farm equipment (tractors, sprayers, tilling implements etc.) and weather station - Assure that required permits pertaining to pesticide use on the research station are valid and up-to-date  Assure that research conducted in growers’ fields has all required permits and that written agreements for field use and crop purchase with the growers are in place  Develop and update a crop/fertilizer/pesticide use plan for the station  Source and purchase fertilizers and maintenance chemicals for farm use  Coordinate periodic calibrations required for research equipment  Assist in procurement of research and facility equipment  Collection and documentation of facility and study related expenses  Reporting of administrative and study related information to management and support operations  Employee hiring, supervision, training and related documentation

-Sales coordinating on the international market with focus on Eastern Europe and part of Asia (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan etc.) -Recruiting and establishing the dealers network, performing of the sales training sessions for dealer’s salesman -Presentation of Reinke Company at the seminars, exhibitions and field shows -Manuals and advertising material translation, writing articles about irrigation techniques and publishing in the industry related magazines -Agronomical consulting (water, fertilizer and pesticide application) to the farmers of different levels in Russian-speaking countries  Managed a budget for marketing and sales on defined territory  Initiated the startup of business unit in Russia, identified, hired and supervised key employees (3 persons, then 2 added),  Coordinated the establishment of the warehouse (arrangements w/landlord, security)  Initiated the establishment of the training center for modern irrigation in Moscow, Russia; participated in curriculum design and implementation  Participated in 3 day training for VRI (variable rate irrigation) understanding, performed hands-on scanning with EM38 scanner for soil variability.

-Conducting 13 to 15 herbicide efficacy and weed resistance studies on the potato and sugar beet fields -Conducted 3 greenhouse research with weed resistance and improved methodology for dormant weed seed germination -Tasks: working with Agricultural Research Manager (ARM) computer program, managing the water and nutrient supply of the crop, setting the plots, spraying with backpack sprayer and/or tractor mounted sprayer, soil sampling, harvesting with one-row potato digger, yield analysis, data processing. -Participating in the professional meetings and conferences (potato technology and weed control themes), poster presentation at the Western States Weed Society meeting

-Providing service and maintenance for 10 research associates-project leaders (wheat, barley, lupinus, triticale, ray ) on the area of 20 ha -Set up on-field experiments for Selection process (wheat, barley) -Hands-on operating machines and other field research equipments -Growing potato seed (1st Generation) on 1 ha, storing seeds (30 Tons) during 6 month, going trough the certification procedure and sale to the farmers of Moscow region -Ensure crop production for selection process on 50 acres (plant protection with Pesticides, fertilizing measures) -Supervised, motivated and educated five groups of 20 students during summer months on crop selection processes and agro technology -Grow barley seeds for sale (10 Tons each season) -Packing and sale of vegetable seeds in a seed store
