Arctic LNG-2 Project (Novatek), GYDAN Peninsula Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the full lifecycle of carry-over work for the Arctic LNG-2 mega project, focused on natural gas extraction and LNG production. Key Responsibilities : - Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) functions to ensure scope and schedule adherence. - Maintain a comprehensive log of all carry-over work items across all disciplines (CIVIL, MECH, E&I, PIP, etc); - Coordinate closely with Construction, Commissioning, and Operations teams to prioritize and resolve unfinished work carry-overed from China yards; - Develop and manage detailed work-off schedules aligned with system handovers and startup sequences; - Ensure proper handover and documentation of Punch points, with all carry-over work clearly identified in System Completion Dossiers; - Focus on ensuring that any remaining or deferred work (the "carry-over") is tracked, planned, prioritized, and completed; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update project progress metrics and ensure alignment with project milestones; - Initiative and Track procurement activities and material deliveries to support timely completion of outstanding work; Procurement & Materials Coordination : - Actively coordinate with China vendors and yards to develop Material Lookahead Plans and fast-track the delivery of priority materials, minimizing risks to the construction and commissioning schedule. - Closely track procurement status of critical materials and equipment required to complete carry-over works; - Liaise with Procurement, Warehouse, and Construction teams to ensure timely delivery and allocation of materials; - Flag potential delays due to long-lead items, shortages, or delivery issues and proposed mitigation actions; - Ensure that material availability aligned with the system-wise work-off and commissioning schedule; Documentation and Reporting : - Maintain precise documentation for each carry-over item, including unique identifiers, detailed descriptions, locations, responsible parties, and target resolution dates; - Utilize tools such as Punch Analysis Reports, Carry-Over Work (COW) Database, Mechanical Completion (MC) Report, and project Planning Schedules, all developed and tracked in Excel.

Amur Gas Processing Plant (AGPP) project (GAZPROM), Svobodnyy city, Amur region - Analyse the markets upstream, (analyses bound costs, inventory control, and anti-dumping procedures, perform market surveys for a product and the profitability of the business); - Perform evaluation of the suppliers and contractors and participates in the follow-ups; - Analyze the project procurement demands expressed by the Site; - Take part in finalizing the statement of requirements; - Determine the commercial conditions in accordance with the company’s interests; - Prepare bidder lists; - Prepares and sends out the dossier of invitations to bid (float of inquiries); - Lead commercial and contractual negotiations; - Analyze propositions, participates in clarifications and negotiations, issues Commercial Bid Evaluation to the Project; - Finalize the contractual documents in accordance with the General Conditions of procurement, by ensuring conformity with the regulations which may be applied; - Cooperates with Project teams in highlighting main reasons of eventual extra budgets and proposing mitigation actions; - Expedite the Purchase Orders till completion of the Contractor’s contractual obligations.

Amur Gas Processing Plant (AGPP) project (GAZPROM), Svobodnyy city, Amur region - Coordinate the implementation of Mechanical Completion System and Mechanical Completion database - Daily/Weekly visual inspection of purchased equipment at site/warehouse - Coordinate the Expediting team's work of ordered equipment, materials etc - Assure that the punch lists that are issued during inspections entered in the Mechanical Completion DataBase - Maintain updated progress of closed punch list items, for subsequent hand over to the downstream pre-commissioning works - Address Discipline Supervisor / SUBCONTRACTOR in punch list close-out as per given priority by the Pre-commissioning Group - Monitor the status of the pending priority punch list in each subsystem and keep the Construction Management informed - Issuance the Discipline Acceptance Certificate - Monitor the Final Completion Dossier preparation by SUBCONTRACTOR
