Responsible for operations of Housekeeping and Laundry. Directs and works with employees to ensure property guestrooms, public space and employee areas are clean and well maintained. Able to evaluate changes in guests needs and recommend appropriate product/services and operational changes as necessary Ensures the respect of the procedures and hygiene and safety standards Manages full organisation of the activities in accordance to company,s policies & standards Manages budget & KPI according to occupancy and forecasting schedules staff accordingly

Supervising the cleanliness,maintenance and the general appearance of guest rooms and pablic areas as well as other designed of the house and see that all Housekeeping personel are carrying out the duties assigned to them, as per standarts of the company.Is invoived in the planning and controlling of the Department.Involved in organisation of HSKP.Involved in compilation of and adherence to financial budgets within her field.Co-operation with hotels Front Office and Engineering.

Preopening of the hotel, trained the staff of the Housekeeping Department, performed day-to- day operations ( supervising the cleaning & maintenance of the rooms and public areas in accordance with estabilished standarts), oversaw all aspects of department admimistration, preparation of the department's budget, established and maintained of effective employee relationships, solved complaints and problems.

Estabilished of the Hotel"s standarts, supervised the cleaning & maintenance of the Hotel rooms and public areas, all other areas designated to the Housekeeping Department in accordance standarts,prained and controlled of the Housekeeping day-to-day operations,conducted functions like interviewing, trained standards of the company, supervised and preopening of the laundry department.
