Поддержка новых проектов компании и монтажа оборудования. Гарантийное и после-гарантийное обслуживание ключевых клиентов. Ведение финансовой отчетности отдела, планирование и развитие продаж сервисов и запасных частей .

• Local capacity deployment projects (injection molding, new lines, CIS and Turkey). Additional materials (caps). Outsourcing. Total capacity 2 bio caps/year. - selection of local suppliers , - project planning & execution, - site assessments, - sourcing of equipment (injection molding machines and assembly systems. Europe), - site preparation and start-ups; - equipment delivery (transportation & custom clearance); - lines installation and commissioning, hand-over to supplier and staff training; • Production supervision (4 sites, 26 lines): - production planning and order fulfillment; - KPIs monitoring and corrective actions (EE, Waste, Claims, Perfect Deliveries), regular industrial audits; - QA Program (QC Plan, Cp/Cpk follow-up); - maintenance Program , Spare Parts Management System implementation; - Safety and Environment Control Program • Continuous Improvement Projects (WCM) to drive among the suppliers (to decrease losses); • Capacity model handling (Forecost/Capacity/Deliveries/Stock simulation and reporting to General Management if actions required);

• Managing projects of complete meat further processing and sugar cubing lines - project team kick-off meeting, - project budget tool handling and reporting to headquarter on each phase; - project risk assessment and management; - project planning ; - placing orders (equipment) into production and status monitoring; - insuring proper execution of Factory Acceptance Tests (pre-delivery) on sites; - insuring proper shipment, delivery and custom clearance; - coordinating site preparation with the customer (equipment unloading, utilities, construction restrictions, safety requirements, service team accommodation, etc); - dealing with customer Design Institute and Subcontractors; - coordinating with local/corporate Service Team of equipment installation and technical support; - coordinating lines start-up, validation and commissioning, providing a proper training to customer operation team; - project closing and customer after sales support;

• Sales team technical support; • Equipment installation and start-ups; • Customer warranty technical service;

• Chief Engineer’s functions during the factory construction phase (1st year): - coordination of the subcontractors ; - coordination with the design institute (GiproNiiMedProm) re the project changes; - coordination with the authorities re the state approvals ; • Supervising of the production equipment installation and start-ups; • Equipments validation and commissioning; • Managing subordinated staff (technicians) and providing production technical support: equipment regular maintenance;

• Supervision of production equipment installation and start-up (main subcontractor - APV, Denmark); • Validation and commissioning of technological lines; • Providing technical service of automation systems (Allen-Bradley PLC); • Regular maintenance planning and execution; • Breakdowns troubleshooting;
