Olesya conducted interviews, analyzed sales business process, discounts granted to distributors, review of tender documentation and tender procedures, analyzed target’s interactions with government officials and healthcare professionals by reviewing target’s sponsorship expenses, employees’ expense reports and personal development plans. - Olesya managed UKBA investigation for a global telecommunications equipment company. Olesya assisted the Client with conducting interviews, analysis of internal procedures and policies, review of high risk transactions, conducting of email review including preparation of the list of key words. - Olesya managed dispute advisory engagement where the proper use of the loan proceeds were analyzed and schemes for withdrawing of loan proceeds out of the Bank’s control were identified. - Olesya managed engagement aimed to implement system of quality management within KPMG Member Firm (9 CIS countries).

- Auditing of consolidated financial statements prepared under provisions of IFRS, US GAAP, RSA including planning and completion stages; - Preparation and auditing of the disclosures in compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, RSA requirements; - Development and optimization of control procedures, aimed at ensuring effectiveness of business-processes and compliance to the Sarbanes-Oxley law (SOX), as well as assessing the effectiveness of existing controls for the world's largest American manufacturer of nonalcoholic drinks.
