- Recruitment: Both independent selection and collaboration with agencies; - L&D: Internal and external courses, adaptation, HiPo employees, coaching; - Engagement&communications: corporate and charity events, Academy’s calendar; GA and HR administrative functions (2016-2017): - Office relocation: Controlling, coordination, workplaces preparation; - Passes and Guests: Requesting pass cards, coordinating visitors around office; - Correspondence movement: Working with incoming and outgoing mails; - Events: Drawing cost sheets, negotiating of agreements; - Records-keeping: Hiring, firing, vacations, business trips; medical insurance.
