Main Responsibilities: •Managing 30+ indirect employees in 4 different departments: -Technical team -Cash collection team -Software Developers team -Customer Care team •Creating and implementing internal standards and policies •Developing and implementing business processes for company needs •Managing warehouse -Integrating assets management software -Establish sustainable and profitable relationship with the suppliers across the world -Planning yearly\quarterly stock and maintaining availability of all required parts •Managing staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues •Managing company fleet of 20+ vehicles •Responsible for overall global infrastructure and efficient running of IT operations and services •Assisting technical staff to check and ensure resolution of all issues to achieve all objectives •Addressing employee performance and corrective action plans; employee motivation and rewards. •Organizing the budget of the company in collaboration with the director. •Evaluating employee performance through the review of completed work assignments. •Maintaining safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.

Relocation of the company to the new office Making project of building Installing CCTV, including monitor room Managing and installing RFID access control system Deploying all IT and communications equipment (PC’s, laptops, etc) Managing of network (wireless and wired) Office phone system installation (IP Telephony) Participation in creating APC’s Installation and configuration of “In Vehicle” systems Installation of surveillance system Installation of failover GSM and Wi-Fi systems

Managing and coordinating external suppliers to deploy and setup IT systems Managing IT budgets and expenditure on hardware and software Installing new access control system: Turnstile gates Face recognition system Fingerprint access and RFID Metal detectors Managing day-to-day IT requirements: Computer network, updating software, antivirus, hardware, etc. Communication system (telephone, fax, internet) Shared IT services Access control system and CCTV VDI system Employee trainings Data security and backup Automating company`s business processes Performing audits of systems and software

* Creating of image hosting platform: * Support for highly loaded systems at resource-limited hardware settings ; * Creation and implementation of multiplatform loader of images (Windows, Linux) ; * Attracting new users, providing advertising space for further monetization of the project ; * Transferring operating infrastructure for new hardware equipment
