Responsibilities: research, CV-screening, cold calls, warm calls, creating short & long lists of candidates, interview arrangements, meeting clients, arrangement of career events for graduates (One Day Offer Audit), attending interviews with experienced candidates, arrangement of communication between London & Moscow Offices, testing arrangements for candidates, synchronizing the interviewing process with HR-specialists, partners and directors, assisting the HR-Branding Team. Achievements - more than 50% of successful candidates were screened and selected by me - I was the only intern to be trusted with working for both graduate and experienced recruitment - 100% service rate

Responsibilities: English-Russian translations of various reports and presentations for clients, performing an SMM campaign for the “Student of the Year” contest held by Universum. Working with Top-50 Russian universities. Achieved: 46 out of 50 universities were reached by the SMM campaign.
