• Set and implement of main technology on terminal for container handling • Preparing and elaboration of main equipment technical specification, tender documents • Implementation of RMG and reachstacker container handling technology on terminal incl. yard area, customs, storages, cargo fronts etc • Multi and Cross project functions re civil, customs, IT works and department • Setting of maintenance and service concept • Negotiations and relations support with suppliers of equipment and services • Pre-setting works for put terminal in to operation (drawings, calculations, evaluation of technical decisions)

Functions: · Technical support procurement of the handling equipment for terminals of the group · KPI for handling equipment performance · Preparing of the technical specifications for various equipment (STS, RTG, ASC, RMG, Reachstackers, ECH, SC, other) · Implementation of the M&R for terminals · Implementation of the equipment utilization based on existing KPI’s, performance, local features of each terminal · Participation for concession procedures · Main contact point between in the chain Supplier – Terminal relative different aspects of equipment exploitation. · TCO calculations, CAPEX, OPEX, RFP · Contract negotiation/preparing/managing/implementation · Equipment factory tests.
