A key position in AECOM Moscow with deep variety of duties on migration support for the foreign staff expats + family members, all kinds of notifications to Head Dept. of Ministry of Interior Affairs, full legalization of HQS + families ( work permit, LOI, work visa), daily legal advice on Migration law amendments, LOI for the visitors on business, establish and maintain good business contacts with State authorities, AEB, French Camber of Commerce, etc.

Legalization of expatriate staff, host and home based, delegation arrangement including arrangement of work permit and work visa , round trip for the expats + families, lease agreements, transportation & customs clearance of personal effects, medical insurance, some tax issues, bank account, education (Russian laguage, school, etc), business trips, registration, arrangement of the transfer to the other place of work abroad, etc.

Responsible for relocation procedure: arranged, maintained and coordinated the expats' legalization process (quota campaign, labor in-take permit, work permit, work visa, notification, registration, 3 yeras' work permit+ work visa and residence permit for highly qualified foreign employees), and other relocation and adoptation issues (personal effects shipping, school for children, Russian language teaching, residence rental, etc.). The double employment negotiation - the assignment letter and labor contract, the scheme of payment, tax issues, etc.

Legalization process for the expatriate employees of companies - AEB members and issue labor in-take (corporate) permits, work permits, work visas (prolongation and invitation), registration within Federal Migration Service Department for AEB Members (companies), lobbying AEB Members business interests (no fault legalization of expatriate employees, quota campaign), arrange and participate in migration conferences, seminars, trainings, business meetings (AEB hosted), besides, carry out all migration work for expat employees of AEB - quota campaign, labor in-take (corporate) permit, work permit, work visas prolongation, hiring / dismissal notification of the state authorities, arrival / departure registration, business visas for AEB guests arrangement, exit visas for Russian employees arrangement, etc.

Full bulk of administrative work - Representative Office accreditation, re-registration of NGO within Rosregistratsia, business travel / meetings/ events arrangement, maintain contract relationship with the vendors - goods and services providers (tenders), Medical Insurance, Lease Agreements, migration documentation processing, etc.
