Responsibilities: 1) Assembling project teams (business analysis, architecture, development, QA) for customer projects in the USA, Australia, Philippines 2) Control and accountability over budget, quality and schedule, coordination with Finance and PMO departments 3) Full project lifecycle – from pre-sales to production including production support and data migration 4) Supervising, training, coaching, recognizing, evaluating all employees under project supervision 5) Preparation and technical assessment of change requests, review and approval with the customers 6) Close day2day work and synergy with all teams involved into delivery process including solution architect and L2/L3/L4 support 7) Clear and regular status reporting to customer and company executives Achievements: 1) 7 major and several more mid-sized releases in Production, participation in pre-sales activities, all newly developed platforms are in commercial uses and host target flow of subscribers 2) Successful migration of several millions of clients’ subscribers on to new platform 3) All projects always fit in quality, budget and schedule criteria 4) Fostered customer loyalty by ensuring customers full utilized the value of implemented solutions and project team were always one step ahead of what customer needs and will need 5) Prepared and made ready for customer approval of several major contracts 6) Planned, managed production and supervised the enclave office for the Australian client. This office served as a gateway for client’s servers

Responsibilities: 1) Establishing of the department and fundamental processes/regulations of workforce planning in the company, team spirit and motivation, governance of work 2) Implementation of workforce fundamentals across all key company projects and departments 3) participation in design, implementation and BAU functioning of ERP domain for company resource planning and forecasting 4) cooperation with PMO, Finance, HR and Engineering departments Achievements: 1) WFM department has been created from scratch, hired and trained a team of 7 individuals. Improved and streamlined workforce principles across the company 2) Introduced corporate WFM system based on existing ERP for e2e workforce planning 3) WFM principles extended and instilled across entire organization, Finance team have now better PnL calculation 4) Extented of the WFM best practices over new company office in India (Hyderabad) 5) several work trips to the USA, India and the UK to cultivate correct workfroce discipline across key projects and departments

Being part of Foreign affairs dept, I was involved in multiple initiatives of the University management to interact with other Universities around the world, helped organizze conferences, took part in translation of University scientific documentation etc.
