Accounting and control of stock in the WMS system Manhattan (reflection of movement of the goods in the system, taking the reports, control and adjustment of the picking process in the system), creation of new users opening required profiles; creating service requests for technical support team for promptly fixing of technical problems; preliminary analysis of current problems related to the integration of systems WMS, Ontario, Axapta, ЕГАИС and creating appropriated query for the technical support service.

1. Reflection of goods movements in the system; 2. Control and correction stocks of all brands according the movements created in the system and results of inventory; informational updating of all departments regarding stock and goods distribution; 3. Placement and movement of goods in WMS system; 4. Verification of cross-dock commercial shipments received in the WHS from distribution centers of all brands for discrepancies in the number of seats, preparing the information about pending deliveries (invoice, number of seats) basing on the information from the internal logistic web system; 5. Providing regular report about deliveries received in the WHS for the custom and transport department; 6. Implementation of new WHS operations in the system, communication with Spanish support team on prompt solvation of any technical problem in working of the new option - description the problem and fixing them using the instructions from Spanish support team; 7. Creation of manuals for WHS's operations for the staff in Russian and English, staff training in new operations; 8. Working with picking by procedure, creating appropriated movements in the system; 9. Preparation and organization of Destruction procedure according to the request from Product department, keeping the report and creating Destruction Certificate form; 10. Coordination of an assistant, setting the working task; 11. Business correspondence; 12.Work on claims from the stores on discrepancies in deliveries from the WHS.
