- Category and brand management for 12 categories, including sports and outdoor, children and teenagers: optimized assortment (traded the 20 poorest selling items for novice styles which increased revenue by 5%), improved price points (accounted for the competitive environment, as a result of which profit grew by 10%), led b2b merchandising (sales are 10% higher than last season). - Market research and business development: suggested to consider and inquire brands about special back to school assortments and potential collaborations with designers/celebrities. - Marketing activities: reviewed texts, banners, advertising material, supported internal and external events. - Business brand coaching initiative: prepared and held trainings (online and in person) for the Sales Team and clients, which have resulted in a 10% increase in pre-sales. - Data optimization: automated business processes to save 50mln RUB for the company annually.

We incorporated elements of robotics, digital record-keeping, centralization, and UI/UX in this project. - Served as the Ambassador for Sustainability Programs in the Northern Europe and Central Asia region: held live and virtual seminars, set up and maintained e-waste processes in 20+ countries, incorporated sustainability aspects in customer contracts.
