Maintenance of a stock of spare parts in a proper condition. I create projects in ePlan programm and assemble electro panels. I embed these panels into real machines, do all electrical connections and do commissioning work. I rebuild control panels for 5 Litostroy hydraulic presses, ZIG machine, two electronic servomotor feeding machines, cutting machine.

By the mean of Internet portal run by the company- manufacturer, I help to resolve vexed technical questions that our engineers stumble over periodically, when their expirience and knowledge doesn't allow them to overcome the problem. I used to handle with power quality issues, which FLUKE's Power Quality Analyser 1760 helps me to get on. As a member of international team I took a part in creation of monitoring system wich let us to see and control all GE UPS'es allocated at the Sochy's Olympic and Para Olympic Games in 2014.

ATS OST is Official dealer of Germany ROFIN-SINAR company. My main responsibilities were to maintain a stock of ROFIN-SINAR laser heads in operation in CIS. ROFIN-SINAR made powerfull industrial lasers are located in the CIS.They need periodical technical maintenance, and repair sometimes. If this was a case I had to diagnose a failed element, to order it at ROFIN-SINAR, and to replace it after delivering. I carried on correspondence with Germany side on technical issues and had a lot business trips around RF, and Germany for education purposes. Actually I worked as FSE (Field Service Engineer)

The training center is associate of S7 airline company. I made technical maintenance and full range of repair job to provide FFS (Full Flight Simulator) operation on 24/7 basis. A320,(Produced by Thales group) B737CL, B737NG and MFTD's (Maintenance/Flying Training Device). As a member of work group (shift) I provided around hours operability of the simulators. Also our responsibilities were: to admit air crews to the training sessions, to log flying hours of the crews, and to register all encountered malfunction and troubles arose along flying hours.

The organisation provides functionality of all building systems.(Apartaments). I held the position of an automation engineer and had to support operation of all automate equipment of the building. It includes: HVAC, Fire Alarm Station, CCTV, lighting control, CO2 Gas detection, etc. All automation complex is accomplished with Honeywell made equipment.

It was fixed-term contract direct to Honeywell company. I worked as a programmer and automation field engineer of HVAC system at the Yakimanka appartaments in Moscow. I made programming of the XCL 5010 controllers,(Language: CARE 3.0. LAN distributed input/output modules) tuning, troubleshooting and adjustment of the field equipment (actuators, sensors, invertors etc.) and electrical panels. I made EBI (Enterprise Building Integrator SCADA like system) programing (Language: Visual Basic) of corresponding building systems. PID regulations. I created manuals discribing algorithms of my programs. I took participation in the overall system tests and handling-over automation complex to the client.

Field equipment: sensors, actuators etc. Electrical panels troubleshooting at the initial startup and commissioning. Programing of EBI (Enterprise Building Integrator, SKADA like system), language: Visual Basic. Construction sites were different industrial and public buildings of Class "A", located mainly in Moscow and around: Airport Domodedovo Passenger Terminal, appartaments "Mirax-Park", "Stroytransgas" HQ, Gasprom's gymnasium etc.

I made repair, maintenance of this equipment mainly: motortesters, ECU-readers, gas analysers, balancing machines, toe-caster adjustment equipment etc. At initial sturt up, I made training for customer workers. I did a lot written translations from English to Russian.

I made statistical calculations of the previouse day currency operations from 32 slave branches. I filled in SWIFT transfer forms and signed them with electronic signature.

I worked as member of team developing embeded controller for military radio relay station. I programmed in Borland C, ASM. I made prototypes of digital PCB's tuned them, fixed revealed hardware bugs, wrote check programms for them. Processor was x86 family. We made additional RAM PCB's, EEPROM programmers, test boards for the controller, etc. I developed necessary documentation and supplementary materials. Main used tools: PC, oscilloscope, digital multi meter, soldering device.
