Carrying out hydraulic calculations for the possibility of using Drag Reducer. Development and coordination with foreign customers of programs, acts, reports on pilot testing. Participation in pilot testing at foreign facilities of the Customer. Control over the industrial use of the reagent at the Customer's facilities, analysis of the reagent efficiency. Interaction with technical specialists of the Customer, participation in negotiations with partners. Preparation of injection skids for pilot testing, control over their maintenance.

Responsibilities: Technical support of Drag Reducing Agent (DRA) application projects in Russia&Caspian and Eastern Hemisphere. Equipment management — injection system installation and site start-up, preventive maintenance visits, responding to callouts and equipment questions from customers, and troubleshooting. Serve as back up to responsible team member for all customer field-related equipment issues and for all field-related product management issues. Product management — monitoring product history, usage, and condition, training on product storage, recirculation, handling, maintenance, spill and waste disposal procedures. Conduct training with customer field personnel on both routine and scheduled preventative equipment maintenance, proper equipment operation, troubleshooting and safety practices — with new site personnel and updated for existing personnel as required. Manage and maintain the on-site injection equipment and product through regular customer site visits and phone calls. Enhance overall product reliability in field locations through active participation and training of all customer field personnel on proper handling, transloading, recirculation, waste and disposal procedures. Continually update asset management database for all work performed, product issues, and any other pertinent data related to equipment and product performance. Provide effective and courteous customer service, technical support, and troubleshooting via telephone and regular field visits to customer locations. Facilitate purchasing of necessary non-standard components and spare parts as required and assure compliance with appropriate company and department requirements. Support Sales in developing commercial relationships and customer account strategies. Provide input to ensure that product and injection systems meet customer needs in a way that enhances company’s image in the market place. Implement company process objectives at customer field site locations. Maintain and improve Quality System procedures relating to field implementation of product and injection systems. Hydraulic calculations and predictions of pipeline operating parameters with DRA application, prediction of DRA performance and calculating of hydraulic effect and DRA application optimization at Customers’ pipelines. Preparation and conducting of full-scale field tests of DRA at Customers’ pipelines, preparation and presentation of technical reports after FLO DRA field tests. In particular, participated in development of normative documents and technological regulations for oil and gas industrial enterprises of Russia (Transneft, Transnefteproduct, Caspian Pipeline Consortium-R) and Kazakhstan (Kaztransoil, Caspian Pipeline Consortium-K). I took part in following projects: • field tests of DRAs Liquid Power (Conoco-Philips) and FLO-XL (Baker Petrolite) at Kaztransoil (Kazakhstan) crude pipeline Atyrau-Samara; • development of crude oil leakage estimation procedure from damaged pipeline with taking in consideration the oil saturated vapor pressure and software development for Kaztransoil (Kazakhstan); • working up the technological regulation of safety operation Caspian Pipeline Consortium system
