Machine Learning Engineer (Remote)
At SanCom, I used machine learning and my Full-Stack Engineering skills to develop SaaS service capable of detecting answering machines in multiple languages.
The problem that a different phone providers in different countries has an absolute difference RTB indication and voice messages for answering machine.
So even understand - user are blocked, busy or phone number not exists is a quest. But if you have a thousands of records from different countries - without machine learning you will not get a proper report.
I created from scratch web interface for lerning this system that allow to learn it to find new audio-fingerprints and increase the detecing qualty.
- It builds reports on the reason why unable to call to client.
- It already used to optimize the work of a several big call centers.
This system uses an audio fingerprint for search to answering machine in the recording. Able to detect autoresponders in any language.
