- Participation in implementation of IFRS accounting system from the “start-up” level - Participation in preparation of the Group IFRS consolidated financial statements and MD&A (on a quarterly basis), transformation of the RAS accounts of one of the group’s plants into IFRS, control of the work done by the subordinates coordination of the work with external auditors (Deloitte) and actuary - Participation in development of the internal documentation on the preparation of the IFRS consolidated FS - Participation in development and keeping up-to-date of the IFRS Accounting policy - Comparative analysis of the main P&L lines (revenue, EBITDA, etc) between IFRS accounts and managements accounts of the group -Automation of the IFRS accounts preparation (in 1C) – participation in development of the methodology (with PwC)

- Participation in audit engagements, audit of financial statements under IFRS - Carrying out of audit tests, analytical procedures (all sections, including turnover and other income, purchases and other expenses, payroll transaction, dividends, tangible fixed assets, intangible assets, investments, stock and work in progress, debtors and prepayments, bank and cash, creditors and accruals, share capital and reserves) - Compilation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS - Participation in transformation of financial statements from RAP to IFRS
