I was in charge to construct two private duplex houses for my wife's parents in Moscow Oblast. Choosing the proper construction techniques, proper materials, setting the man power teams to construct the mentioned buildings, were a part of my job.

Client - Japan Tobacco International Co. Project - Extension of the Existing Factory in Zanjan, Iran. As a Construction Manager, I am in charge to organize and manage the works in the construction field with the help of my multinational engineering team. The project contains extended factory area which is around 20.000 m2 and also there are some other office and facility buildings which are approximately 15.000 m2.

As An Advisor, I was in charge to solve the technical problems occurred at the roof and the facade of the three historical buildings, finding solutions by using the the advanced contemporary materials and chemicals. Renovation stage is still going on for these buildings.

As A Project Manager, I was responsible to realize the project, create the synchronization among the investor, client and the contractor as well as the design stage of the building. High Rise Housing Project in Moscow. 62.000 m2 with the two underground garage floor.

As A Country Director, I was in charge for the business development in CIS. and to create good relations with the local authorities. During two years period, several projects are developed together with the main office design group in Ankara. Eser Holding, Turkey OOO” Eser Story” Moscow, Russian Fed. OOO”Eser ST.” Varonej, Russian Fed.

Responsible for the design stages as well as construction stage of a shopping mall in Moscow, Russia. All the design drawings and execution drawings have been prepared by the design office created in the field. The whole coordination among the Client, Investor, General Contractor and the local authorities in order to be able to realize the project and finish on time.Unfortunately, project couldn't be completed because of the financial difficulties. Galeria Odintsovo Shopping Mall, Moscow. 79.800.sqm.

Agalarov Estate Golf Club, Beach Club, Hotel and Housing Complex. Contract Volume 379.260 m2 Responsible for the construction of the complex which was started on December 2005, and planning to finish on December 2010. Synchronization of the projects , produced in USA, UK and Russia. Complex contains the following building in the territory. • Hotel and SPA Center, with 45 rooms. • Sport Complex Bldg and Pools. • 18 Holes Golf field and Golf Club, Beach Club. And lake treatment. • 217 Various Houses and infrastructural works, roads and bridges. • Entrance Bldg., Guard Houses, Supermarket and Post Office Bldg. • Fire Dpt. And Maintenance Bldg.

Responsible for the design stages as well as construction stage about steel constructions, roof constructions, fasade and isolation works of the committed projects in Moscow. To create dialogue and fulfill the technical obligations between NBK Story and the representatives of the Clients like Zao Straabag, Zao Skanska Olson, Hohctief AG., Samsung, Zao.Arch 4 , Troyka Insaat A.S., Koray Insaat A.S., and develop the new projects.

1- Ozerki Sportivnaya Shukola, Taganskaya, Moscow, Russia. 3.650.sqm. 2- Pensionnaya Fond Central Building, Yugo Zapadnaya, Moscow, Russia. 12.500.sqm. Responsible for the construction of an office complex with the category A+. Costruction materials and methods utilize for this project is cast -in-situ concrete by using various steel forms. After the completion of the first project, the same team and equipments are shifted to the second project. Both of the projects were turnkey projects, which were satisfactorily completed on time.

Marmara Earthquake Emergency Reconstruction Prj. Izmit, Turkey Construction Package HWIZ6, financed by World Bank Contract Volume 426 Flat,73 Bldng and Infrastructural Works. Responsible for the construction of a housing complex, which includes all facilities and utilities. Construction material and methods utilize for this project is cast -in-situ concrete by using various Oetinord Steel Forms. Facilities include: - all underground utilities, 426 flats and leisure areas, maintenance division, playgrounds, pumping stations. This was a turnkey project, satisfactorily completed on time.

Bank Moscow, Povarskaya Ulitse No.10 ( Area 8.200.sqm. ) 3- Housing Project, Serpov Pereloque 7/9 (Area 9.600.sqm.) 4-Restoration of Office Premises in Moscow. ( Area 2.200.sqm.) 5-Construction of Fitness Club Bldg. In Moscow.(Area 1.500.sqm) Responsible for the design and construction stages, material approvals, execution of the projects and mainly creating relationships between the firm and the clients. Preparations of the contracts, acting and developing business relations in CIS. Simultaneously following the process in the projects and act as an QA / QC Supervisor and advise the technical team to proceed their works in the most proper way. Creating the link between the projects and the main office. All of these projects were turnkey projects, which were satisfactorily completed on time.

SSSP Project - Residential Compound, Abha, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 54 Villas and Supplementary Buildings Responsible for the construction of a housing compound which Includes all facilities and utilities. Construction material and methods utilized for the project is “ Siporex “ lightweight panels. Facilities include: 108 residential accommodations, sports and recreation hall, shops, school and kindergarten, mosque, swimming pools, squash and tennis courts, restaurants and leisure areas, guard houses, laundry, store, bakery and playgrounds.

SSSP Project - Contractor’s Labor Camp, Abha, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Multipurpose Social and Accommodation Buildings Responsible for the construction of a labor camp which housed approximately 1.250 people. Construction was mainly the precast technique. Facilities included- Housing, mass halls, clinic, recreation halls, swimming pool, store, laundry, bakery, guard houses, playgrounds and roads. This was a turnkey project, which was satisfactorily completed on time.

King Fahd Abdulasis Military Air Base, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 14 Precast Military Building Construction of armament stores and underground utility connections. Buildings casted with precast panel system and the entire areas surrounded by precast boundary wall. This was a turnkey project, which was satisfactorily completed on time.

Emlak Bank Izmit - Yahya Kaptan Mah. Housing Project, Izmit,Turkey. Contract Volume 1650 Flats, 54 Blocks As Assistant Construction Manager, I was responsible for the handover of 1650 flats, within 20 months. I was in charge of the followings; 4-sets Oetinord steel forms, 5-tower cranes, 4-mobile cranes, 2-ready mix batch plants and a precast factory. My team executed the work of concreting and tunnel formworks plus hanging of 13.000.pcs. of precast panels for the flats within 13 months. This was a turn key project which was satisfactorily completed on time.

Oran 180 Housing Complex, Ankara, Turkey Mesa Koru, Housing Project 3 Multistory Blocks and Underground Garages Responsible for the foundations and underground garage construction for housing blocks. Oetinord steel tunnel forms were used for the reputational floors. Side openings of the buildings were closed with precast panels.
