Managing inventory: · Coordinating temporary storage and safekeeping warehouses. · Compliance with the agreed minimum inventory status. · Planning loading/offloading operations by the goods arrived to the warehouse. · Performing a quarterly inventory check. Managing customer deliveries: · Organizing transport. · Negotiating transportation rates and services. · Managing customer delivery formalities. Arrange registration proceeding in the Ministry of Agriculture and Certified Laboratories. Organize yearly Import licensing, Declarations of accordance, Veterinary Inspection in accordance with Russian legislation. Establish and maintain communication with authorities at different levels and functions for efficient and correct regulatory approval activities. Monitor and update changes of regulations to relevant parties to consist with local regulations and provide suggestions to management if needed.

- Organization of logistics processes from scratch (export). Initiate and implement operational improvements – logistics costs, delivery time, service level. • Precarriage arrangement – contracts with transport companies, containers arrangements, chassis/forklifts lease contracts. • Transfer communication lines from agents straight to shipping lines. Contract arrangement with shipping lines, Incoterms, containers demurrage/storage control, keeping freight/transport prices on the appropriate level. • Digital program implementation for Certificates of Origin via Chamber of Commerce in Belgium. Manage CoO for the goods produced in Hendrix NV as well as in other sister companies. • Customs declaration program implementation. Leading of arrangement EX A, EX Z, T2L customs documents (containers, trucks). Getting Customs agents license. • Leading and guiding customs documents issuing for sister companies (Belgium, Holland, France). • IT program implementation for operation/planning/communication improvement in internal and external usage (Belgium, Russia, Holland, France, Ukraine etc.). • Effective usage of export doc-ts flow. Leading issuing of necessary info/export doc-ts for brokers/agents, shipping lines, labeling responsibilities. • Switching Sales Support responsibilities from Holland to Belgian office, communication with clients, focusing on clients priorities - planning, production, shipment, documentation. • Shipments planning to clients’ destinations (taking into account shipping schedule of shipping lines, freight rates, clients needs) • Control veterinary certificates issues in time. • Organizing precarriage transport for sisters companies (Belgium, Holland, France). - Production planning • Efficient planning of daily production in accordance with clients’ needs/shipping schedule (decrease delivery time, avoid demurrage/storage costs), production/stock capacity, raw materials availability. • Optimize raw materials purchase/supply. Leading purchasing and suppliers contracts. • Control suppliers on delivery strength and quality-price ratio. • Control raw materials stock.

- Organization of logistics processes (import/warehousing): • Order management for outbound orders (Belgium, France, Holland),including pricing management • Close co-operation with agents/brokers. • Manage export/import delivery docs and invoices. • Monitoring the service suppliers and TechKorm financial accuracy. • Develop and control delivery schedules. • Budgeting logistics operations and controlling budget execution. • Arranging warehouse from scratch: - finding appropriate warehouse - control rental/ sub-rental agreements - building warehouse (tent) - equipment/machinery purchase in Europe and Russia - equipment delivery from Europe - stock organization in accordance with type of goods/offloading preferences etc. • Long-term and short-term ordering planning to optimize the stock and minimize financial risks. • Audit and inventory control of the goods warehouse (daily routine).
