Research, choice of a test-market (Latvia), new communication strategy, creative development, TV production (4 Image TVCs, 6 tactical), 3-staged large-scale launch campaign (TV, guerilla marketing, ambient media, BTL, shops redesign, POS, participation in creating of a new global brand book). Key contact person – Head of Communications Marketing of Tele2 Europe as well as local marketing team. Business results – positive brand perception shift (main KPIs went up 2 times more than planned), 3 times sales volume growth, perception of the campaign as one of the main events in the Latvian society.
