Relaunch of telecom brand Tele2 in the Baltic countries. Research, choice of a test-market (Latvia), new communication strategy, creative development, TV production (4 Image TVCs, 6 tactical), 3-staged large-scale launch campaign (TV, guerilla marketing, ambient media, BTL, shops redesign, POS, participation in creating of a new global brand book). Key contact person – Head of Communications Marketing of Tele2 Europe as well as local marketing team. Business results – positive brand perception shift (main KPIs went up 2 times more than planned), 3 times sales volume growth, perception of the campaign as one of the main events in the Latvian society. During the period my responsibilities were to handle extensive market research, to build-up relationship on a new market, to win new business and prepare the basis for further business development.
