A Chief System Integrator has been selected and contracted by tender. Business functional and nonfunctional requirements were collected and structured. Infrustructure environment has been prepared for the prototype. Human resources were hired. Design of the integration has reached the final review. The second (within the Program) - Collection CRM project has reached the testing stage within the program.

Management of large-scale projects dealing with Information Technologies (from $2 million) included construction projects like Data Center construction. • I am proud of completed a two hundred square meters Data centre building in Ryazan oil refinery (2006-2008). It has been built from an idea put in my sketch. I supervised contractors responsible for designing engineering systems and construction, took part in tender committees and negotiations to select engineering and IT equipment suppliers and building contractors, oversaw the construction and sourcing of the engineering systems.
