Few CRM projects from different business blocks being on different stages of completeness had been united into one program due to the strategic IT architecture approach in order to get an united CRM instance.
A Chief System Integrator has been selected and contracted by tender.
Business functional and nonfunctional requirements were collected and structured. Infrustructure environment has been prepared for the prototype.
Human resources were hired.
Design of the integration has reached the final review.
The second (within the Program) - Collection CRM project has reached the testing stage within the program.

• initiation of alternations in the module for corporate loans requests processing;

I supervised contractors responsible for designing engineering systems and construction, took part in tender committees and negotiations to select engineering and IT equipment suppliers and building contractors, oversaw the construction and sourcing of the engineering systems. Project issues has been resolved: Energy increase, air conditioning, unattended location for people safety (due to gas fire extinguishing system), unique building layout design, SCS, SCADA, etc.

• The Mobile Mail (GPRS) project has been completed with Microsoft and HTC collaboration.
• Technical design creation for construction of a media storage facility in Tyumen town.

• Completed regional sales units information systems integration with the corporate centre: transfer of a regional "Nefteprodukt" into the corporate domain.
