Head of Internal Communications

• was recognised and involved in major company events and employee engagement activities (national conferences, global management visits, internal PR campaigns, etc) as internal communications and corporate brand expert;
• actively liaised with the global and regional communications team and ensured BAT Russia’s presence in global and regional internal communications landscape;
• rectified records management in the communications department and passed global checkup with good scores.

Corporate Publications Manager
• Ensured corporate publications alignment with the company strategy;
• fully owned production and distribution of corporate publications (3,000 copies of magazine and newspaper per issue for 3,500 employees in 200+ cities, ad hoc brochures, leaflets, posters, etc.) and videos.
